Where are you located?
Riverfront Storage is located at 95 Old Mill Road, Castlegar, BC V1N4T7. We serve Castlegar and area, Trail and area, Salmo, South Slocan and Nelson and areas, as well as other communities nearby.
What are your office hours?
Our manager is available by phone from 7am to 8pm, 7 Days A Week!
What are your access hours?
Customers have access to their units from 6am to 9pm, 7 Days A Week!
What security measures do you take at your facility?
Our facility is fully fenced with our renters having a unique code that allows them entrance through our computerized gate and disarming only their rental unit. Our extensive video surveillance is also in place around our facility, so we’re always monitoring your belongings 24/7.
Do you offer vehicle storage?
Yes! We offer the best covered and uncovered RV, Car and Boat Storage.
How do I pay my monthly bill?
Customers can come into our office between 7am to 8pm Monday through Friday to stay on top of their payments.
What is drive-up access?
Drive-up access allows our customers to pull their vehicles in front of their units and start storing their items. This option makes it much easier to move belongings into units. Take advantage, it makes the experience of storing much easier on your back and knees.
How do I get started?
When you’re ready to get started, figure out what you want to store first. After that, use our storage calculator to get the perfect unit to fit your belongings.
